2. Platform Use
The Service allows survivors of Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV) to report incidents and seek support from TechHer per these Terms of Use and any additional service-specific terms. You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not integrate any part of the platform software into other applications, compile it with other programs, or otherwise copy (except as necessary to use the platform), modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sublicense, assign rights to, or license the platform software, in whole or in part. All software components are the property of the platform or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
3. Intellectual Property
All content made available through this platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital files, data compilations, and software, is the property of the platform or its development partners and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The overall design, compilation, and arrangement of content on this platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are likewise protected under copyright law.
4. Electronic Communications
By using this platform, you agree to communicate with us electronically. This includes submitting your phone number and email address as part of the reporting process. We may contact you through the platform, via phone calls, text messages, and formally through WhatsApp, for follow-up and support purposes.
As part of the evidence-gathering and credibility verification process, you may be required to provide supporting materials or evidence related to your report. You agree that all communications, including any agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically, fulfill any legal requirement for such information to be in writing.
5. No Reverse Engineering
You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security features of the platform software, whether wholly or partially.
6. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age and legal requirements.
7. Privacy and Consent
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
